Senfmüllers Garantie
Mustard miller Wolfgang Steffens produces various types of outstanding gourmet mustard according to choice, time-honou-red recipes and processes at one of the oldest mustard mills in Europe, established in 1810. Daily production is just 360 kg. The grinding process is carried out by millstones weighing 525 kg. The valuable content of the whole mustard seed, with all the ethereal oils and natural sub-stances, remains completely preserved.

The Roscheider Hof Open Air Museum is the open air museum and Folklore Museum of the Greater SaarLorLux Region. The museum is situated in Konz, Germany, on the Saar and Mosel rivers, 8 km west of Trier and 30 km east of Luxembourg. It is a museum for rural cultural history in northwest Rhineland Palatinate and the German-Luxembourg-Lorraine border region.

Fell Exhibition Slate Mine
The Fell Exhibition Slate Mine is a former slate mine in Germany located about 20 km east from Trier (Germany) and about 60 km east from Luxembourg (city) (Luxembourg) next to the villages Fell and Thomm. Particularly enjoyable was the vibrant interest of the visitors in the development of the premises of the traditional Shoe factory Rheinberger over the past two years. All around cheerful faces and lots of enthusiasm testing the exhibits, this applied also to the following introductory evening at the Dynamikum, which was also open to the public. The interest of the crowd was immense and our Science Center in the hands of those it was intended for.
